What do you mean by "dvd video files"? If it's mpg, just author them as 2 titles using a decent authoring app (not Nero) like TMPGEnc DVD Author.

If on disc, then copy each file to HD, e.g DVD1, DVD2. Now open up TDA as mats.hogberg suggested and add them in. Either to go as continous or with a menu with selectable tracks. Fairly easy prog to use so should be ok.

TDA is 30 day trial, but very much worth its price tag, if you're looking for an easytouse but competent authoring app.

I was wondering if you can do the same with ConvertXtoDVD (merge 2 dvds with menus and switch between the two) like DVDreMake.

No. ConvertXtoDVD is an encoder for converting avi files into DVD structures.
