Hi im new here and to burning DVD's i have a little problem i just copy a DVD to my HD and now i would like to burn that dvd to a DVD-R but the only way i can get the whole dvd onto that blank DVD-R is if i change the extra's on the dvd to still pictures using DVD Shrink is there any way i can get the whole film to fit on a 4.7Gb disc and keep the extra's as they are and not change them to Still Pictures? Im probably gessing theres a programme better then DVD Shrink which could keep the quailty the same and still shrink the film to fit on a DVD-R without having to change the extra's to still picture so it takes less space.

So if anyone could help me out with this problem it would be much appreciated and sorri if i have made any spelling mistakes im in a little rush lol....

If DVD Shrink can't do it, then it should tell you that you are trying to squeeze too much onto a single disc.

    You do have options.

    1. Run it through DVD Shrink, accepting the output will be too big, then run it through Shrink again.

    2. Use DVD Rebuilder, and encode the extras at half-D1 resolution to keep the size down

    3. Split the disc into Main Movie (disc 1) and Extras (disc 2)

    4. Use a DL disc and you don't have to reduce the size at all
