Has anybody ever downloaded video editing software off of limewire, bearshare, etc. If so, how did you do it and did the software work good after you downloaded it?
Thanks

No. I get free software from the official freeware sites.
For example, Avid Free DV, comes from http://www.avid.com/freedv
No need to waste time with crappy peer-to-peer methods. You can get them directly from the companies or developer sites.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

Yeah I agree with lordsmurf. Go directly to the official website or sponsored mirror (like cnet or something). No reason to risk a virus for a freebie.
And if you're looking to try a trial of the software just go to the official website as well since that's where you'll end up buying it (unless its sold in stores - not all are).Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
