    What's the best way to compress for the web? I've listed this in the wrong place. How do I delete it?

    8GB for only 4 minutes!?! You could leave it as an uncompressed avi and have a smaller file.

    An uncompressed avi is only 216MB per minute and has a bitrate of 25Mbps

    I would be interested to know what your bitrate is. I haven't heard of the codec your using, but you surely are using it incorrectly if your only getting 4 minutes in 8GB
