    hello

    how can I see if a VIDEO_TS is PAL or NTSC?

    Load one of the VOBs into an editing (MPEG VCR) or authoring software (TMPGENC DVD AUTHOR).

    TMPGENC DVD AUTHOR ask first to choose if its PAL or NTSC, I dont know atm

    I opened a VOB with MPEG VCR, where do I see its info?

    In Tmpgenc choose PAL, then try to load the VOB.

    If it allows you to load the VOB then it's a PAL VOB.

    If it gives an error message then it's NTSC.

    this is painful procedure and very inconvenient

    FYI and future reference, loading VOBs into DVD Lab releaves wether PAL or NTSC

    G-spot will tell you if a VOB is PAL or NTSC. Use the latest version - 2.52beta. Or play it back with VLC or Media Player Classic and look at the properties. Again, resolution is a good indicator. Or load the main IFO into IFOEdit.
