    The local one has Philips 25 GB Blu-Ray discs for $19.99CAD each. No burners or recorders yet though.....

    yea --i just saw that about 20 min. ago .... i asked a clerk there what they were for and she told me they are for dvd burners for apple computers ...


    i asked for a lightscribe version and wasted about 20 min. of thier time while i was killing myself laughing while they tried to source them out ..

    Man, you're cruel...
    I hope you didn't waste 20min. of your time..

    On a side note, i saw Future Shops' flyer (2 weeks in a row) with their Samsung BRay players, on how it was compatible with original DVD's.. At $1300 for a player though, i think i'll hold off for a while
