    I have an xvid i created of 16 blocks, My subs are out of sync and i heard subsync is good for the job, everytime i load up the video/subs and click edit it crashes subsync. Is there anyway to fix this?

    Try some other program?

    Visual SubSync, Subtitle Workshop, even the old SubStation Alpha works...
