Is there a tool a convert MP4 to AVI or MPG?...Does mainconcept or Tmpgenc support MP4?

Or if Virtualdubmod support MP4? How can I extract audio and video from MP4?
Do you know why people mostly use Mac in their office?
Because a lot of stress can lead people to jump off the "Windows".

So, is there a difference between AVI and MP4? Which one offers more quality?

avi and mp4 are containers so you can't compare any video and audio quality. you must compare the video/audio codecs in the avi and mp4.
