  1. All the guides I've checked involve using a long set of tools except ones involving dvdlab pro or dvd maestro. Right now I'm attempting this guide which uses dvdlab pro, but using vobedit for demuxing:

Only other easy guide I've found was this one only use vobedit and ifoedit pretty much:

I was wondering since it seems easy to remove subtitles with programs like dvd shrink, if theres a backwards way of adding them as easy. Or do you always have to demux video/audio?

Also following the first guide, it relies on replacing original files with new ones. But my original main movie vob files are split like 2_1, 2_2 etc. Vobedit was joining them into one file so I'm using dvd lab pro. But same problem, I don't want them joined :\ Figured it out though, had to hide the subsequent files.

Edit: Actually, still having demux problems

  3. Well demuxing isn't working the way I want it too. Since I want to replace 4 files with 4 remuxed files (w/ new sub) and not replace 4 files with just one merged one. Since I don't think that'll work according to the first guide I posted. So I'm stuck.

  4. Only way to demux that'll work the way I want is using dvd decrypter to read the dvd from the drive. So going to try that using virtual drive.
