Crt Projection refresh question?

I have a Hitachi 51f59 and I've noticed that it looks like the image has problems keeping up.
I've never seen this on other crt projos is this something I can fix?
when the image changes quickly there is like a line (horizontal) on the screen that looks like it's drawing the image or something.

What are you feeding the video to it with? The refresh rate would not likely be your problem unless you are using a PC, then I would suspect your computer can't keep up. Other than that, you might want to study your projector manual. Another option would be to see if you can find a video forum that mentions your projector. Or do a Google search for 'Hitachi 51f59 reviews ' and see what shows up.

Source is cable tv and dvd both output through component cables at 480P I don't notice the problem when playing the xbox360 in high def

Are you seeing a horizontal line scanning up your image vertically?
