subtile cant be shown

as u can see in the picture, the blue box represents the correct position of the subtitle on its orginal format .AVI, however i tried converting it into DVD using Nero Vision 4, the red box represent the finish converted .AVI to DVD i cant see the subtitle on the TV, my setting in the converting to DVD is

Aspect Ration: 4:3
Video Mode: NTSC
