Wrong black level in TMPGEnc

Hello, I have encoded a video in TMPGEnc Plus. The finished video is grey where i should be black. Any suggestions? I f you need more info about the conversion, i can give you that.

Use the "Simple Color Correction" filter to adjust the brightness and contrast.

You can also try changing the "Output YUV data as basic YCbCr not CCIR601" option on the Quantize Matrix tab.
