    The topic explains it all. I tryed to cut with TMPGEnc but the quality drogged dramaticly. Anyone got any good suggestions to help me in TMPGEnc or any suggestions new one? Thanks

    TMPG "cut" the MPEG by demux / remux. There is no conversion, that's why it is impossible, that you get worse quality after cutting. Be more specific please.
