x-box on comp screen, do i need a better graphics card

ive just learned i can use my x-box 360 with my computer screen, will my actual computer be involved in any way, or fo i just plug my comp screen into the back of my x-box, or does the x-box go into the comp then on to the screen,

i.e do i need to get a good grapphicsds card cos the one i have now is crap

Unplug the computer. Plug in the XBOX. Or use a switch.
