Narrowing down my choices and this unit is in the running.

Does anyone own an LG RC199H who can verify if it has these features?

Commercial skip
MPEG1 Playback
MP3 (via DISC? - LG site says the built in card reader is mp3 capable)

I have several MPEG1 videos from my digicam I'd like to burn to disc for playback
so this is an important one.

LG specifications make no mention of commercial skip which is odd since this seems
like a full featured unit so I need to know for certain. If no comm. skip...is there a way to
fast fwd through commercials like a vcr or will it only ff in chapter blocks?

Also wondering how fast the user interface is, does it auto finalize discs when full
or do you have to do it manually...and have you tried to edit recordings from this unit on the PC? Asking because I saw report on a Samsung DVDR330 that had very slow interface...(very slow response after a button push on the remote), Only has manual finazlize and apparently wouldnt allow editing of recordings made on it to be edited later in the PC.

Wish this was as simple as buying a vcr used to be.

BTW - If anyone has suggestions on another unit with similar features around $300 please
jump in. (long as it has DVD Recorder / VCR and can play MPEG1 i'll consider - dvd commercial skip preferred too).
