    Greetings
I have a project that I am working on. I took a file off of my tivotogo (I wish I would have just made my own MythTV). Used Direct Show Dump Utility edited out the commercials and am left with a show that is 1 hour and 37 minutes. I drop this into dvd-lab pro it splits it into two streams. I then go to add my chapters. I get to the end of the video around 1 hour and 18 minutes and then it skips to 1 hour and 26 minutes which plays a few seconds of video and then jumps to 1 hour and 36 minutes on the GOP counter. So essentially I am missing about 90% of the last 18 minutes of the movie.

    Any ideas why???

    Thanks
    Jeff

Try re-writing the GOPs. DLP has an option to do this.

Would that fix the missing parts of the movie or would it just reset the timer?

It depends on what the problem is. If the problem is just corrupt timecodes, then it should fix it.

I couldn't get it to fix
So I redid everything from square one and it all worked the second time.
My computer must have gotten bogged down somewhere in the process.
    Thanks
