    I have a PC and I make MPG with my camera... But I need to change them into a format that will be viewable on a mac...

    My father in law has a mac and he is unable to open the file...

    Is there software that will convert MPG into a .mov format?

    Thanks for any advice on this subject..

    Quicktime for the Mac has supported mpeg1 sense version 3, released in 1998. (ver 5 free from Apple)
    Otherwise Quicktime Pro for PC will export mov format.
    If your talking about VCD or Mpeg2, VersionTracker or Download.com will have what you need.
