DVD Audio Delay Also In Wav?

I use dgindex to rip the audio from dvd. and if there's a delay in the ac3 file, will there be a delay even if I decode to wav with dgindex? coz the wav filename says nothing about a delay.

The delay gets corrected automatically to zero when you decode to WAV.
