I am using an NEC 3550A with Nero to burn multisession DVDs (data). I had no problem to date but now, for no apparent reason, only DAO (disk at once) is available and greyed out when a multisession disk is "started" or "continued". This is no use if I wish to later read the disk! [Doing the same for a CD, TAO (track ot once) is available as well as DAO.]
This happens before media is inserted in the drive so it is not media related. I set the options back to default - no change. I installed a new version of Nero - no change. There has been no hardware change in over a year but it worked fine a couple of weeks ago.
Any ideas??
