I have bought a webcam today.
When i go to install it errors are coming up asking me to insert my Windows XP CD.
It's asking me for the same file everytime but the thing is i have downloaded this file and placed it in the correct location (C:\windows\system) and im not having any luck because the same error keeps coming up.
I then clicked cancel and proceeded with the installation to find the error which is attached to this thread as a (JPEG)
How do i fix issues like this?

If it's just the 'not a signed driver', ignore it. Many drivers aren't signed by MS. I would go the the camera manufacturers site and make sure you have their latest driver. What file are you placing in the System folder? Most of the time they go in the System 32 folder.

And your screenshot isn't working. https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=271697
