I have ran a number of WMV and ASF files thru TMPEG without a problem but I just downloaded one that won't open in any of my conversion programs and the Windows Media Encoder says I need a license. Media Player 10 says it can only be viewed at the site where it was downloaded from because it is digitally protected.
Any ideas?
