    i accidently deleted a file and recycle bin is set to not put files in there but just delete them instead, is there anyway i can restore the file

    p.s will the file be good and not corrupt

    p.s it just happend so wouldnt have been overridden

    It's possible if the file hasn't been overwritten. There are many programs that you can try- some are free, some have a trial version and some cost $. I haven't used any in a long time, but if you search google for "undelete file windows" you'll get a lot of choices.

    Tip: It is common that the only drive user has is C: and this is also the drive from where files need to be undeleted. In that case a good solution is using a USB flash drive as FreeUndelete download and install destination.

    Search for drive rescue ... it cure's what happen's when one blink's and thing's happen .

    Saved me twice .

    One important thing is not to use the computer (or as little as possible) until you've tried to salvage the file. You never know what sectors Windows decide to use.
