    I'm working on a Windows ME PC and trying to save the favorites / bookmarks. The drive won't boot into Windows in Normal Mode and keeps crashing even in Safe Mode so I'm unable to export to a file. I know with XP I can copy the favorites folder under the profile. I don't remember off the top of my head if there's a way to retrieve the bookmarks through the file system rather than exporting them.

    copy "C:\Windows\Favorites\*.URL" to wherever
