    Greetings Folks

    I've ripped (DVD Decrypter) a dvd of mine and used dvdshrink to make it smaller (renamed vob to mpg) but it contains ac3.

    I am trying to play the smaller copy of my dvd through Hauppauge MediaMVP which does not support ac3 audio.

    So my question is, what tool can I use to convert the ac3 in my small mpg so I can play it through the MediaMVP ?

    You can use besweet to convert the ac3 to mp2. You can remux that with the mpeg and you should be just fine. MP2 is mpeg audio.
