Could also be a very devious marketing/spam site . You'll notice there is one link to an adult site on it. One of the things google and other search engines look at for search engine placement is the incoming links and text on the pages it's coming from. Now if you have a couple thousand links all linking to that page for the keywords girlfriend, threesome, menage etc it's going to rise in the search rankings for them. It in turn will pass that onto the adult site since it's linked too on that page.
