Whats the difference between Vegas and Vegas movie studio?

I have been looking at the latest versions of Sony Vegas and DVD architect software and wondered if someone could tell me the difference between different versions of the same product (i dont mean release versions i.e. vegas 5 to vegas 6 I mean Vegas 6 in different bundles as explained below).

What is the difference between the 2 that would make the large price difference?

Is it the same or is it watered down and if so what sort of things are you not able to do that you would in the full version?

Vegas has professional level tools, a wider selection of presets and filters, and too many other things to list here. DVD architect allows for multiple movie title creation etc.
