  1. Is there any quality difference for playing DVDs with either MCE or PowerDVD ? I'm thinking of uninstalling the PowerDVD which came with my PC and just using MCE for playback of DVDs but wondered if I'll lose anything ?

  2. PowerDVD has a better interface in my opinion (using the scroll wheel on the mouse to change playback speed/reverse speed) and it has various enhancements that seem to clarify DVD playback. I'm not sure about MCE, having never used it, but I'm assuming that it's a variation on Windows Media Player that plays DVDs for you.

I'd keep PowerDVD, personally, but it's really whatever you prefer.
