I have a vob that I cant open so I found FIXVTS. Well I drag/drop the file, and it goes to town but when it gets to 99% it just sits there.
Any ideas?

A "found vob" you say ?
Try ifoedit , to regenerate new ifo's for it ...
Try opening it in vobedit , and demux it ...
Try opening it in vdub , frameserve content to bbmpeg ...
An old one is rempeg , might beable to fix the problem , might be related to 0 gop's .
Basically if nothing will play it or open it , it's had it from the start .
It can also be "not" a vob ... good old windows98 trick to rename the file's extension . -
VobBlanker will do the same as FixVTS (remove unreferenced cells), but requires the whole DVD. But you might try and process it in VobBlanker. If it encounters a similar problem, perhaps the vob is corrupt in some way.
I don't think your problem is unreferenced cells. What are you using to try and play the vob? Can you play other vobs, but just not this one? If other vobs play fine, I think this one is corrupt. If you've never tried to play a vob before, then perhaps your player is at fault. Maybe try Media Player Classic or VLC.
