I used DVD Decrypter to rip my video in IFO mode.
Everytime I try to import the IFO file into DVDWS2 the program doesen't allow me to.
When I rip my video with the decrypter in file mode, DVD Workshop then allows me to import the video into the program.
Any suggestions as to what I should do to be able to import the IFO file into DVDWS2 would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure.. But I think it' because when you rip in IFO mode, Decrypter doesn't spit out proper DVD structure, i.e, audio_ts and video_ts folders -- it only rips the main movie/title. In File mode, WS2 reads the whole VIDEO_TS folders, which contains all info on DVD. Again, I'm not sure. What are you trying to do specifically?
I don't like importing a DVD directly into WS2.. I usually rip in IFO mode, direct stream, raw elementary audio and video streams.. then into WS2 (sometimes I remux them using TMPGEnc's MPEG Tools option, then into WS2). -
I don't know if there's a better way but what I do is as follows:
I am able to rip my videos with DVD Decrypter in IFO mode and then I load the IFO files into Womble MPEG-VCR and convert them to MPEG.
Then I take those MPEG files and load them into DVDWS2 and have no problems.
