I knew that we can use the audio function to fade video sound so that it won't be suddenly like becoming no sound.
I am wondering can TMPGenc do like those video when it comes to the end, it will slowly go dark then black screen.
    Which function should i use?

    Thanks!

TMPGEnc audio processing sucks. Use a plugin or do it in another audio software.

Uhhhh guys, I think the OP wants to fade the video to black, but used the audio as a "similar" example
    If in doubt, Google it.

What are you converting from? If it's avi then you can probably do it with Vdub and frameserve straight to TMPGEnc.

Not as far as I know. It's an mpeg encoder with some basic edit and filter functions. Personally for more advanced editting I use MVW.
