    creating these http://www.templatesbox.com/templates/271.htm sort website. is it just a matter of creating panels and buttons in photoshop/fireworks and arrangeing them dreamweaver?.
    can someone guide me bcoz i want to creat these sort of website without coding

    Try any place like yahoo or forumer.com or myspace and you can get wysiwig setups without having to know how to do any special computer language.

    Actually you can do php pretty easily once its installed. It does take some learning though.

    For ease of use just do a net search for free websites and you'll find TONS of links.
