picture layered with a flower

Can someone direct me to a good tutorial for this using premiere pro (i also use nero)

I have nice flower images, how do i blend the picture with my video.

Like in a wedding video while the couple is dancing.

I work alot with photoshop and I know how to blend two layers together.

Don't know about tutorials but you would overlay the flowers on top of your video and adjust the transparency.

There isn't a tutorial here to do exactly what you are asking, but there are number here that use techniques, such as masking, which will give you the answer.

The best way I have found is to use After Effects. It works well with Pro and Photoshop. You are "only limited by your imagination" (they say) with After Effects. Check out totaltraining.com to purchase in-depth tutorials to get all you can out of these programs. These guys are great and it costs less than going back to school.
