Is there a standalone Standard Definition over the air Digital tuner available in the US? I have a HDTV with built in digital tuner for my main veiwing but I want to be able to watch the digital channels on the kids TV without going out and buying a new set.

All the HDTV receivers have SD composite and s-video outputs that can be hooked up to any TV that has video line-in jacks. They downscale HD content to SD automatically. See if you can pick up a used or refurb unit on eBay for cheap...

I found what I was looking for. I'm not fond of RadioShack but this is the sort of thing I wanted. I didn't find it when I first was looking.
