DVD Shrink Stops When Backup is Clicked on

I have been using DVD SHrink for a short time now and haven't had any problems until recently. Now after I analyze a movie and whether I try to re-author or do a full movie backup, the DVD Shrink program just stops. This happens right after I press the backup button. It will sit there for a few seconds and the whole program will just disappear and then stop. I thought it was because I was trying to backup some DVD's with the new Sony protection, but I tried an older movie that I had already done a backup of once before and it did the same thing. I even tried using DVD Fab Decryptor first and then FixVTS before running DVD Shrink to no avail. Has anyone had this problem that can help me? Thanks!

Has anything been changed on your machine? New programs installed? Anything?

Do you have Nero installed?If so disable it in DVDShrink ->Preferences->File I/O.
If that doesn't fix it then:
1.Uninstall DVDShrink.
2.Search for all files and folders named "DVD Shrink" and delete.
3.Reinstall.
