I have authored a DVD but the chapter points are a few seconds off. Is there a way to edit the chapter points without reauthoring?

My M2V files were encoded at 23.976 fps with a 3:2 pulldown in TMPGEnc. I got my chapter times by opening the M2V files in TMPGEnc DVD Author. But since I wanted soft subs, I had to write down the chapter points and then author my DVD using GUI_DVDAuthor. When I play my DVD, the chapter points are a few seconds off.

A note is that in TDA, the chapter times are in HH:MM:SS;00. I believe that last one is milliseconds? But in GUI_DVDAuthor, the format is HH:MM:SS;000. There are 3 digits for milliseconds. My very last digit always remains at 0 because TDA does not show the last digit. And that might be the cause of the problem.

Have a look at ifoedit and / or PGCEdit - they have access to the IFO files and PGC info, but I think it'll be complicated because of the complexity of how all the info is inter-related.

I've always understood any digits after the HH:MM:SS to be frame numbers, especially if it's only two digits. Not sure about three.
There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.
