  1. I have some VOB files that were ripped from a DVD-R someone gave me but there were no chapters or a menu, so I want to add them.

Is there a way of doing this (including designing the menu) without having to create another set of VOBS that will take up another 4GB on my hard drive?

I.e I want to 'modify' the folder that contains the original Vobs I ripped, so I end up with a folder that contains the original Vobs, but with chapters and a menu.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    I don't believe so.

In order to insert the chapters any program will need to modify the VOBs.

    Could be wrong though.
    If in doubt, Google it.

You have 360GB of HDD in your system, and you are concerned about temporarily using 4GB ?

  4. Yeah I have 360GB in my system but it's nearly all full, partly due to the fact that I've ripped 10 4.7GB DVD's to it.
