increasing sound volume

whenever i use Tmpeng with or without Toolame, the volume of my svcds is alwyas low , how can i increase this?

Go into the advanced settings box in TMPGenc and select the audio effect box at the bottom of the list. Double click on this and select normalise. Set the percentage to 99% and click run. This will scan the file and then give a volume increase level for the file. Just click OK and then convert as normal. You should notice a substantial increase in audio levels without any distortion being introduced.
