So I've been burning xvid AVI files to DVD for a while now...using Toast 7...and just recently there has been an audio sync problem. The audio is back a bit. Havent changed any settings...hat could this be?

You might want to try DivXDoctor (www.3ivx.com/divxdoctor).
I've seen it recommended. It converts an avi to a mov, and
claims to (1) fix the audio oopsies and (2) be more Toast
friendly.
