Chapter/IFO problem - DVD doesn't play all the movie

I have a back up of my LOTR extended version.

Everything is ok except I noticed that there are certain parts of the movie that the DVD skips past. I know the scenes are there becasue I can play them from the VOB files.

I am asseuming that it must be some **** up in the IFO with the chaptering. But I am not really sure what I am doing! (I'm still quite new to all this!)

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to correct this error please.

I've fixed it!

Just messed around with IFOedit until I found where the chapter entry points (sectors) were. I found some them did match the previuos 'last of this cell' and managed to put right.

More luck than judgment but hey, it works!
