I have nero that I use to burn with. Can I convert a PAL VCD to a NTSC VCD by
draging the file and then changing the setting to ntsc then burn a new disk? Or
do I need other software to convert it? If so what software is recomended with
nero?

I am going to be buying vcds but they are in pal format and I think my TV (1997
32" Phillips Magnavox USA version) will not accept pal? Anyone know if it will?Is there a site that shows what TVs are PAL compadable...

I read on the site about software to use,(TMPGEnc.) but will nero do it for me without the software???Or do I need this on top of nero???
