No image with Video Convert Master

Hello all,

I have been using Video Convert Master for a while and it's been working fine.
But lately, all video files that I convert there come without an image.
This maybe a codec problem. I installed CODEC XviD and WM9Codecs. But that did not solve the problem.

I'm not familiar with the program, but have you tried reinstalling it?

If you want to check your codecs, DXman or Codec Sniper can usually check them and remove broken ones.

Also take one of your converted 'blank' videos and drop it into Gspot to see what it says about the video.

And you might try a different program if you can't get yours to work. There are freeware 'converters' available in 'Tools' to the left. <<<<<<
