I have some stuff on my PC that I captured that I want to work on in the future. I would like to just save the file to a dvd, but the only way I can think is to run sonic and make a watchable dvd. I don't want it stored that way, I want JUST the file but of course it's to big to fit a dvd, any way to split it in two with out actually editing the video?

huh! i didn't think it would be a program, just figured there'd be a way to do it in the same sense as you would resize a picture via properties or something

  6. Cutting it with Tmpgenc or Cuttermaran will not Re-Encode the Video.

  7. I use VideoRedo to cut out commercials and it does a very nice and quick job. You can use it for splitting too, just copy a portion of it to a new file.
