I have the "Pro" and the "IV" versions...
Take the cartridge out, clean the electrical contacts (CAREFULLY!) and make sure the "barcode" label on the bottom is clean, put back.
Also, clean the LED & electric eye combo just to the right of the door (near where the cartridge is housed when it's idle/at startup). Q-tip with alcohol is good here.
Then, tell the driver that you're installing a NEW color cartridge.
If that still doesn't work, something's wrong with your sensor, and you may need to get it serviced. Good luck!

thanks for your reply,
i am sure that the sensor OK , when i am changing to a new cartrige in the bravo pro, the machine recognize it and indicates that the cartrige is full, but if i continue with the same cartrige till i finish the ink and i refill it, and i am doing the change process with the driver, the machine says that the cartrige empthy and continue to send a low ink message and the only way to continue printing is one by one.
i have 2 machine and its happen with both of them. even if i take the refill carteige to the second machine it recognize it as a empthy cartrige. if i chang for new one everhything is ok.
what should i do?
Thnks
Amit
