I have a video that I would like to post online. No clue what to do, I have no webspace or domains or anything,
how do i get this interface for my video?

You could just create a html document and launch it from your computer, it doesn't have to be online, at least if it's only you that wants to view it.
Not familiar with QT but for Windows Media Player the size, buttons available, probably the color and all the rest of that is contained with the html code.
If you do search for embedding quick time in html you'll come up with many results.
