I have heard that some foreign companies can do dvd replication remarkably cheap, like in countries like Singapore. In Canada its like 4 or 5 dollars.
Does anyone know of any reputable companies?

might be more cost effective to buy/lease/rent one or more duplicating machines? An autoloading system will load, burn, print, and stack for you 24/7.
