Firm to Pull Ad of Three-Breasted Woman

BERLIN (Reuters) - A German consumer electronics chain says it would remove 15,000 posters featuring three-breasted women after complaints poured in from across the country since the advertisement launch.
The advertising campaign by Media Markt, a unit of German retailer Metro AG, showed a woman wearing a low-cut top barely concealing three voluptuous breasts and the caption "There's more inside than you think."

Media Markt had received complaints, particularly from women, and now hoped to pull down all the posters by December 31, a spokesman said Friday.

It had originally planned to run the campaign, launched on December 25, into the first week of January.

Media Markt said the image was not intended to offend but saw the posters as off-beat humor.
