    I am using WinAVi 6.3 at the moment. After it has converted the AVI to DVDI do not know how to burn it in nero any ideas? I cannot find the converted file..

    You can do a search for the file, or try it again and see where it is going to send it. Or check the setups for the program and look for the default location for saved files. I would look in your documents file on the 'C' drive.

    How you convert it to a final DVD with Nero depends on what format it is. If it's VOBs, IFOs, etc., in a VIDEO_TS folder, then start Nero Burning ROM and select 'DVD', then the 'DVD-Video' template. Take the contents of your VIDEO_TS folder and put it in Nero's VIDEO_TS folder, then burn. If not, let us know and we can suggest different methods.

    I don't really recommend WinAVI. ConvertXtoDVD does a better job, IMO. For the best conversion, individual tools are the way to go. Takes a little more studying, but you have more control and the end product is almost always better. We have guides to assist you. <<<<<<
