I need some very basic HTML editing software for family members. Something that is WYSIWYG (dummy friendly GUI), freeware I can give them, and has editable templates. Does not need to be more than 3-4 pages. Windows.

    Notepad.

Notepad is a great HTML editor. Of course there is nothing graphical about it, and you would have to know HTML.
