Im completely lost, this is the first time I do this so can someone tell me what programs to use to do this. Or a link to a how to that explains it please.

I would recommend DivxToDVD instead of DVDSanta. There is a freeware version near the middle of the page I linked to. There are also some guides there at the bottom.

It does a reasonable job of Divx or Xvid conversion. If you wanted higher quality the individual tools are the best, but take a fair amount of study to learn to use them. But we have guides for this to the left. <<<<<<

  4. You can find answers to ALL your questions about ANYTHING video and audio related on the side bar under HOW TO.

Save yourself time waiting for someone to answer you then ask again, wait then again.... Just spend some time and read, this is how all of us learn...

On the other hand, perhaps you need to explain what you really want to accomplish. Because if you already have the DIVX clips on your PC, why would you want to burn them to a DVD, then rip it again? Can't you just convert the clips you got?
