I played the same MPG movie in two players and got very distinct results. Apart from the different sizes (see separate post), PowerDVD introduced a strong greenish cast to the whole movie. Here are comparisons from roughly the same position:
PowerDVD
NeroShowTime (squashed sideways)
Why is the PowerDVD movie so green please?

Go into the Settings and change the playback colors from default VIVID to NORMAL.
That should have been the default, I don't know why they choose Vivid.I stand up next a mountain and chop it down with the ledge of my hand........ I'm a Voodoo child.... Jimi Hendrix, -
Thanks. Mine was set to:
Video Enhancement
- CLEV (CyberLink Eagle Vision)
I changed it to 'Original' - is that OK? This is PoerDVD 5 (there's no Help>About for more detail of the version.)
